Tank Backup, Inc. ("we") runs tankbackup.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never stored on our site or servers.
• Messages and wholesale requests: what you type in our forms.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• On your device: your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there if you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, answer messages, send order and safety notices, and, if you opted in, product news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Google Fonts serves our typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years, as required for tax and accounting. We delete or anonymize other information when we no longer need it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. [Attorney: add state-specific rights, such as California, as needed.]
