Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships: contact us with your order number. If we cannot ship within the estimated 45 to 60 days, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund or wait for the new date.

Unused pouches

You can return an unused, unopened pouch in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. We pay return shipping.

Used or opened pouches

For safety, we cannot accept returns of pouches that have been opened, filled or had fuel in them.

Damaged or defective

If your pouch arrives damaged or you think it is defective, contact us within 15 days. We will replace it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.

Safety issues

If you have a safety concern, stop using the pouch and report it on our safety page or contact page.
